We're a family-run bakery in the heart of Oslo. Every morning we mix, shape, and bake from scratch, no shortcuts, no pre-made mixes. Our sourdough is fermented properly. Our cakes are built to order. Our pastries come out of the oven warm.
We work with neighbours who want real bread and genuine cakes. If you're planning an event or feeding a group, we can handle it. If you just want your favourite loaf waiting for you tomorrow morning, we can do that too.
